About Our Maintenance Plans:
All houses are unique and we work with each client to determine proper maintenance and servicing schedules. We welcome variations to these schedules. For instance, if you have no large trees near your house, you may not require annual gutter clean out and we will work with you to replace that service with something more applicable. We are here to help you out and are very rational. We can’t afford to offer these plans at any lower prices however.
After successful signup for our Annual Maintenance Plans, we will schedule an initial service at your convenience. We suggest the home owner be present at this time. During the initial service we will inventory all of the serviceable appliances and catalog which filters and batteries you require. Any changes or new appliances after initial service will need to be communicated with us. Failure to do so may incur restocking fees for any filters or parts we purchase for your home.
After each scheduled visit, you will receive a report and we will schedule your subsequent service. Reminders will be sent regularly prior to each visit. You must provide 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your service.
We reserve the right to alter pricing or decline service for any reason. If your house or property is particularly large we may have to adjust our prices but this will be evaluated during our initial visit and proactively communicated with you. You will never have surprise charges that aren’t communicated with you before hand. We find that our publicized charges are sufficient for most properties in Western Colorado. The listed prices are valid for properties within 1 hour driving distance from Grand Junction. If we determine you are outside of this area we will communicate any upcharge prior to your initial service and offer full refunds. Feel free to reach out prior to booking if you have questions. Remember, your satisfaction is guaranteed and we stand behind our value to our customers.
Maintenance plans will be billed monthly. Your initial payment will be charged immediately and subsequent charges will be applied at the beginning of each month. We require 30 days notice for any cancellations.
